DAVE DODGE (guitars and vocals) started performing at the age of eight in
his community church. By the age of 15 he was playing professionally
around town with various groups. He attended college where he studied
music as his major and performed with the jazz ensemble. He went on to
add his unique style to north west bands such as City Zu, Straight Talk,
Bad Actor, Love Drive, Good Ship Lolly Pop, Radio Box, Trinity,
Impala and Painkiller. A veteran of the Seattle music scene he has also
extensively toured Europe, Asia, central America and the south
pacific.Dave's unique guitar style adds just the right amount of hard
edged drive and intensity while not losing the funk feel that helps
create "Dance Factory's" unparalleled sound. Dave is an avid skier and
you can also find him working as a Snow-Sports Pro at the Alpental Ski
Resort.

BOB GATBUNTON (vocals and keyboards) graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Western Washington University, which provides him the foundation for his impressive arranging talents for "Dance Factory's" colorful vocals and bright, soulful horn arrangements. Bobby is heavily influenced by the music of Sting, Earth Wind & Fire, and Beethoven and is an in-demand session player and commissioned arranger/composer. Currently, Bobby is a professional educator, teaching middle school choir. He has been a member of local bands Blue Magic, Valentino, and Future Shock. "Bobby G" - as we like to call him - is definitely one of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet.

TINA HART'S (lead vocals) farther was the highly talented and well known music teacher, Roland Schanzenbach who raised her with a rich musical background from a very young age. Tina learned to play several instruments and sang all through school winning multiple awards. She went on to become a member of an original band called Exposure in the early 80’s which produced over 110 original songs and did showcases for major labels including Colombia Records. She has continued to sing in the Northwest professionally in such bands as Chain Reaction, 80sINC, RockShow, and for the last 8 years with Soul’d Out, covering everything from hip-hop, arena rock, and the great soul and R&B favorites from the 70’s. Tina is a gifted vocal talent who can reach the high notes that other singers only dream about. With her dance energy on stage and her strong versatile voice, your favorite dance tunes will soar to new heights! |

BRENT HOGENSON (drums), a veteran of the Seattle music scene and former member of one of the Northwest's hottest bands, Straight Talk, Brent has toured extensively in Europe, Asia, the Pacific and Mediterranean regions with the groups Trinity and Impala, which included years in Hawaii, Kauai, London England, Egypt, Israel, Korea, Japan, etc... Brent draws from influences such as Steve Smith, Dennis Chambers, Vinnie Colaiuta, Dave Weckl, Todd Sucherman and Mike Portnoy - to name a few. His level of mastery at the drums adds an element of incredible depth to Dance Factory's sound. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from PLU, a Masters Degree from Gonzaga, and an additional Masters degree in Educational Administration from City U. Brent currently is the director of bands at a junior high in the Tacoma area. Sundays he can be found gigging at Bethany Baptist Church in Puyallup. In addition to being a rabid soccer fan, Brent is a PADI Divemaster and the Webmaster for DANCEFACTORYUSA.COM and SOCIALNETWORKBAND.COM!

| Scott McArron Lewis |
SCOTT MCARRON LEWIS (bass) started playing bass at age 13, performing
his first gig while still in middle school. In high school, he focused
on music studies
and went on to win first place at the high school district talent show
with his
bass improv solo. In college, he turned his attention to the upright
bass and
jazz putting out an album and touring parts of the West Coast with the
internationally acclaimed Soundsation vocal jazz group. Since then,
Scott has
been playing with some of the Northwest’s finest dance bands in genres
ranging
from funk to rock to neo soul and r&b. Some of his favorite bass
influences
include Marcus Miller, Jaco Pastorious of Weather Report, Stanley Clarke
of
Return to Forever, James Jamerson, Jackie Clarke, and Adam Blackstone.
He loves
keeping it funky and laying down the groove. Aside from music, Scott has
a
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Central Washington
University,
loves working out, and deems himself a scotch and cigar aficionado.

DARRYL PITTMAN (trumpet), the resident celebrity of Dance Factory and a former member of the WWU Jazz Ensemble, has performed with trumpet great Bobby Shew. Darryl is recognized as one of the best exponents of jazz-funk fusion as well as one of the most musical lead trumpet players in the Northwest. Darryl's extensive classical training lends a fresh approach to "Dance Factory's" electrifying horn section - and he's one heck of a nice guy! Just like Campbell's Soup, he's Mmmm, Mmmm, Good! Darryl's favorite saying is - "drive fast, turn left..." Make sure to ask him about it next time you see him nailing those notes with Dance Factory!!!!!! |

JEFF TERADA (saxophones) started playing saxophone at the tender age of 10 and holds a music performance degree from the Lionel Hampton School of Music where he studied classical and jazz saxophone as well as flute and keyboards. Jeff has performed with everyone from Bruce Willis to Blake Lewis, opened for the Pointer Sisters, Styx and Eddie Money, and was also an actor in the sleeper thriller movie Freejack starring Emilio Estevez, Rene Russo and Mick Jagger. With a vast expanse of experiences, Jeff is comfortable performing in all musical styles - from Rock to Jazz, Classical to World Music, Blues to R&B and Hip-Hop. For the past 20 years Jeff has performed throughout the Northwest and Southeast with various original and cover bands. Jeff currently resides in Seattle and performs with other local bands such as, Phat Phunk Phamily Band (original neo-soul and hip-hop), Circadian Rhythms (original straight ahead jazz) and Deems Tsutakawa (original smooth jazz).
